We have 60mins hot stone foot massage by walk-in. The massage is so great and we all feel relaxed. The pressure is just right. Highly recommend.

Reviews
*this review has been edited from 1star to 3star after the spa contacted us* The spa has contacted us to rectify the issue raised below and we appreciate their quick followup & service recovery. We are relieved to know this behaviour is not condoned and they will improve on their protocol. However we would not be returning to the spa. The reason for the 1 star review is an incident that ruined an otherwise 5star experience. I went with a friend from 9.30-11.30pm, 2h Thai massage. My masseuse was really good, she went full strength from start to end and paid a lot of attention to my knots. She went all out for me and i appreciated it. At the end, i tipped my masseuse. However my friend's masseuse came in and asked for a tip. My friend didn't give as hers wasn't too good in massaging - didn't fully massage all the points and spent too long on the same spot as she thought my friend was asleep (she asked about 5 times if my friend was sleeping). My friend's masseuse blocked our pathway to exiting room and asked for "小费" aka tip or small fee, pointing to my masseuse's tip. We felt pressured to give the same amount as they were blocking the entrance and we were the last appointment, there were no other staff around. This made us feel unsafe. A tip is voluntary for the service rendered. It is not a must. We felt unsafe especially as massage is when you feel vulnerable and want a safe experience. It left us with a bad taste because this is a hotel and a highly-rated spa. There should not be such an unsafe practice to force customer to give a tip. My friend's masseuse is young, on the shorter side, slim, spoke some Chinese and mentioned she is Hong Kong/Vietnamese. Later on, i realised that we might have been shortchanged of the massage timing for about 5 - 10 minutes. We hope this review will help the management to review this as this experience was ruined because of the forced tip. We didn't get their names. I want to highlight my masseuse was very good and hardworking. The counter staff was friendly helpful and the facilities were clean, smelt good, and relaxing.
I had the great pleasure of visiting this massage studio in Vietnam, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment you walk in, you feel the calm and welcoming atmosphere – everything is clean, beautifully decorated, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The therapists are highly professional and truly know their craft. Every movement was precise and soothing, the perfect balance between relaxation and deep tissue work. You can tell that quality and the guests’ well-being are their top priority. I also loved the little details: the refreshing tea before and after the massage, the calming music, and the comfortable room temperature. Everything was designed to make you feel completely relaxed. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and deeply relaxed – definitely one of the highlights of my trip! I can wholeheartedly recommend this studio and will absolutely come back on my next visit to Vietnam.
Excellent couples Vietnamese massage experience. The therapists were very skilled and professional, using traditional techniques that relieved a lot of tension. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and relaxing. Perfect place to visit with your partner. We left feeling refreshed and would most. definitely recommend.
Best massage ever, the therapist really focused on my requirements - shoulder and back. I almost fell asleep during my treatment, loved it. All of the staff were friendly, attentive, and the place was real clean. Super comfy place to be in, plus you have welcome tea & snacks. Recommended if you’re in Hanoi. Will come by again.
