Blackbird Coffee - Cafe in Hanoi

I visited Blackbird Coffee and it quickly became one of my favorite cafés in Hanoi. The café has a cozy, minimalist style that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it an excellent place to relax, enjoy a quality cup of coffee, or spend some time working. What stood out to me most was the coffee. It was clear that the baristas paid close attention to every cup, from the brewing process to the presentation. The coffee had a rich aroma and a smooth, balanced flavor that highlighted the quality of the beans without being overly bitter. Whether you enjoy espresso-based drinks or hand-brewed coffee, the menu offers plenty of excellent choices. The atmosphere was another highlight. The interior featured a simple industrial-inspired design with wooden furniture and soft lighting, creating a comfortable environment that felt both modern and inviting. The café remained quiet enough for reading, studying, or having conversations, making it easy to spend a few relaxing hours there. I also appreciated the selection of pastries and light snacks available to accompany the drinks. Everything was fresh and nicely presented, making for a pleasant coffee break. The overall attention to detail, from the décor to the drink presentation, gave the café a premium yet unpretentious feel. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about coffee. They prepared orders efficiently and were happy to recommend drinks or answer questions about the different brewing methods. Their enthusiasm added to the overall experience and made the visit feel more personal. Overall, I think Blackbird Coffee is an excellent destination for coffee lovers visiting Hanoi. With outstanding coffee, a peaceful atmosphere, stylish surroundings, and welcoming service, it is a café that I would gladly return to whenever I want to enjoy a truly relaxing coffee experience.

I went to their brother coffee - Tranquil before. This was my first time at Blackbird. It is totally a cozy specialty coffee spot. The drinks were well-made and the atmosphere is warm, with eclectic bird-themed decor that gives it real character. The balcony overlooking the street is a highlight (but it was raining on the day I went). It is a lovely place to slow down a bit and enjoy the moment.

[Likely] I think this was one of the best coffees I've ever had in my life. The coffee was absolutely outstanding, and the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and thoughtful. We really appreciated the attention and care they showed us during our visit. In fact, we loved it so much that we came back a second time on the very same day just to have another coffee. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great for brunch. Everything we ordered was really really good. Best egg coffee I’ve had in all of Vietnam. The staff was kind and polite. If you are missing a good brunch or looking for great coffee this is the place to go :))

After my morning run, I came for their signature EggPresso. I absolutely love the cold egg foam on top of the espresso. It’s not overly sweet, and I appreciate this modern take on egg coffee. The ambiance is great, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. This will be a good place to try the egg coffee!
