We stopped by Häagen-Dazs by Hoan Kiem Lake and had a wonderful experience. The desserts were beautifully presented, delicious, and the perfect treat on a hot Hanoi afternoon. The ice cream was rich and creamy, and the waffles paired perfectly with the different flavors. A special thank you to Linh, H. Yen, and P. Yen for their warm hospitality and excellent service. They were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk from the lake, making it a great place to relax and enjoy dessert. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Hanoi!

Service was very good. Long did a great job making sure I was comfortable and enjoying my dessert. I had the waffle and ice cream. It was nice and hot. Fresh. Done right on the spot.

The ice cream is really delicious. The prices are a little high, but acceptable for the quality you get. Food: 5/5 - The ice cream is excellent. I’m also a big chocolate lover, so I especially enjoyed their Chocolate Bomb. Atmosphere: 5/5 - The space is quite spacious and comfortable. Since it was crowded, I chose to sit in a corner upstairs for a bit more privacy. Decor: 4/5 - Minimalist and youthful style. Price: 4/5 - Slightly expensive. Service: 5/5 - The staff was polite and enthusiastic. Some of my reviews disappeared. Please check my image if you want more.

Great place to space the heat for a little while! Cold AC. Friendly staff. Clean space and just an overall nice atmosphere inside. I had the banana split and my friend had the chocolate sphere with 5 small scoops inside the sphere. Everything was incredibly tasty. I understand this is not a “traditional” Vietnamese spot, but ice cream is a universal love language in my book lol, so don’t hesitate to take a break from Hanoi’s heat and enjoy a nice cold treat here.
