The hotal is well maintained. The food, accomodation & location are perfect! The staff's are super friendly too! The hotel's location is just 5min walk to Hoàn Kiếm Lake & other food establishments.

Hotel manager is very knowledgeable of Hanoi and surrounding areas, willing to assist and make your stay and fruitful and possible. Understands as a traveller plan cam change last minute and was more than willing to help. Hotel is both comfortable and luxurious but a little on the small side.

Fantastic hotel. The price, room and service offer great value. The location is fairly good too. The staff were always very polite and helpful during our 7 night stay. The rooms are very nice and a decent size. You can barely hear any of the outside noise, so it's a nice escape when you need a rest. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a short break in Hanoi. Fantastic service from attentive and caring staff. Very clean, nice decor, personal touch from a welcome note to a thank you email after we left. Good value for money and breakfast included at their downstairs restaurant. Thank you Mr Thuc and team.
