Heritage Spa - Spa in Hanoi

Highly recommended! My fiancé and I loved it so much that we came back twice during our stay. The staff are incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. They checked on us constantly to make sure we were comfortable throughout the session. I did a 2-hour full body massage and they willingly customized it by mixing in some deep tissue techniques and sec time I took the foot massage, and they still went above and beyond by massaging my shoulders, hands, and body! Excellent service, very reasonable prices, and they even offer special discounts if you stay at the hotel here. A solid 10/10!

I had a great experience at Heritage Spa. Hien gave a very strong massage—exactly what I needed after traveling. The sauna and steam room facilities are excellent, especially for the price, and they often have good promotions if you ask. Julie at the front desk was very professional and welcoming, which made the whole visit smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quality massage and good value.

Very good massage and service 👍 felt so refreshed and recharged. And good that it is in the hotel which is very convenient, at reasonable rates too. Thumbs up!

The best of the best massage. I’ve tried the meridian body massage and the Vietnamese body massage. Both were so good. Thank you Heritage Hamlong hotel & spa. 🙏😍

The best part of my Vietnam trip. It’s a must before you leave the city. Allows you to relaxingly process your whole trip before leaving for your flight, it allowed me to truly appreciate my trip 🫶 I really love it and the whole staff of this hotel they’re all so kind and hospitable! This isn’t paid review okay, i really love it!♥️
