This is one of the most beautiful apartments I've stayed in. Every detail of the decoration has been carefully considered, creating a stylish and welcoming space. The apartment was immaculate, and the level of hospitality was exceptional. Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend staying here
The service at this hotel was absolutely top-tier. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Anywhere from staff bringing a bowl of complimentary fresh fruit and detergent to use the in room washing machines. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the location was fantastic, with a beautiful rooftop view overlooking the lake. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the stay even more comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had one of the best nights' sleep I've had while travelling. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Vietnam so far. I ended up extending my stay because I felt so comfortable in the room. The staff are also really nice. The room was spotless, the bed was excellent, and everything felt fresh and well maintained. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back. The alley where the hotel is located might seem a little intimidating at first, but it’s actually easy to access, and you quickly get used to it. Once you’re there, you’ll find a modern, clean, and very comfortable hotel.
This is a family-run business, and they clearly take pride in their work. The building is new, and I hope guests will help keep the property in good condition.On one occasion, I didn’t have the correct change for my Grab driver, and the owner kindly advanced me 100,000 VND, which I greatly appreciated.They also provide detergent for the washing machine if you need it, which is a thoughtful touch. Would recommend.
One of the cleanest place I've stayed here in Ha Noi. Everything was available for my short stay, and the reception was very welcoming. I'll definitely come back again, if I have the chance to return. Thank you.
