Loading T café - Coffee shop in Hanoi

I absolutely loved Loading T Café. The egg Egg coffee was a real highlight — so creamy and delicious with a lovely hint of cinnamon, I could easily have had another one. I also fell in love with the café’s beautiful, characterful design. It feels effortlessly charming without trying too hard. Such a lovely little stop in Hanoi. Super love♥️

If I could give this coffee shop a rating of 100/10, I would. This was our favorite coffee shop in Hanoi. It was such an underrated coffee shop located in an old french style villa. We were given a welcoming tea before even ordering. Our favorite was the Coconut Coffee! It was simply the best.

It was hard to find the place as they do not have easy signboards outside. Just happened to bump into 3 tourists who seem to be looking for a place and I saw them disappear into a dilapidated building. Followed them upstairs to find the cafe indeed! Another first for us is to drink Egg Coffee. Super sweet and rich and like gooey. Do not forget to stir and note that the liquid coffee is at the bottom. The chocolate drink was actually quite nice, especially with some marshmallows. The best of our drinks. We had 2 croissants and the only expression is "cmi". Same as their mango smoothie (perhaps because we asked for less condensed milk) They also offer free ice pandan drink. And that was very nice of them. They add cinnamon to their drinks and that really adds a new dimension! Let me try some more egg coffee and decide to increase the rating.

​Loading T Café is tucked away on the second floor of a fascinating old villa. A lazy, adorable resident cat often stretches out right by the entrance, where a small table and two chairs are set up. It’s the perfect spot to sip your favorite drink while watching the world go by on the street below, a scene that feels uniquely Vietnamese. ​​Egg Coffee: The version here is quite distinct from others I’ve tried. It’s delicious, though a bit too sweet for my taste. On my second visit, I asked for 50% sugar, and it was perfect! ​Egg Cacao: This is my son’s absolute favorite. ​Coconut Coffee: My wife found this one to be excellent. ​ ​The owner and the staff are incredibly friendly and have a great sense of humor. However, what truly drew me back was the music. They play English and French classics that I used to perform in a band decades ago. Hearing those songs again brought back a flood of old memories. ​Love it.

This place is such a vibe. Best hot egg coffee I’ve ever had, beautifully seasoned with cinnamon for a unique taste. The iced was great too, but if you can only have one, go for hot. Perfectly sweet the way they make it. The blended passionfruit drink was also wonderfully refreshing. Stop by for a break from the bust streets and travel back in time in this lovely cafe. Slip slowly enjoy, I drank both my drinks too fast 🥹😭. All the staff there are super friendly too!
