Wonderful staff members They are all very polite and professional. I got my foot massage and pedi + mani full gel and the nail technician was amazing fun and talented. I will come back again. I’m very satisfied

A wonderful treat for the whole family. The spa was clean, relaxing and very friendly staff. Quinn welcomed us from the start, very patient to explain every treatment to us. Everyone enjoyed the experience including my sisters who had manicure. I would like to commend Hoa for a professional and excellent service. Visit here when you visit Ha Noi. 💗

The girls at Luala Spa in Hanoi are absolutely amazing! They are so sweet and attentive the second you walk through the door. You are greeted with slippers and tea and you immediately feel at home. I can’t wait to come again. My massage and scalp care was perfect!

Amazing service!!! From the moment I walked in, I felt so relaxed and I was treated so well. The tranquil environment was a nice escape from the loud city landscape, and receiving the facial message was the most peace I have ever felt. I also got my nails done and the results were more than stellar! 1000/10 recommend!

Wow, I was amazed by this foot/leg massage. It truely was the BEST one I had in Vietnam. We also got a scrub and a short callus removal :-) hoooo boy I wish I had more time to spend here. This is btw an honest and voluntary review and not a politeness or bought over review.
