Luxury Old Quarter Hotel - Hotel in Hanoi

Staff was top notch! Everyone was so attentive and helpful! We got the airport shuttle service 2x (pick-up/drop-off) and it was stellar service. Laundry service (for extra fee) is also a big plus, our clothes were fresh and perfectly perfumed and packaged. Breakfast was very good and they even provided us some delicious takeaway sandwiches for our mega early flight in the morning. We had an upgrade the first night for free to try a room with a balcony. Both the upgraded room and our originally booked room were cozy, clean and comfortable, with a great air conditioning to escape the crazy Hanoi heat. The hotel also has motorcycles to rent for 10€ a day, which was super convenient. Overall great experience, would highly recommend for anyone going to Hanoi.

The hotel itself was good. The rooms were clean, and the staff was generally friendly. However, I was very disappointed with our booking arranged through the hotel manager. We later found out that we had been charged nearly double the actual price. This was very upsetting and left us feeling taken advantage of. While I would recommend the hotel for its accommodation and service, I strongly advise future guests to be cautious about booking any additional services through the manager and to compare prices independently before confirming any arrangements.

The location is absolutely top-notch, placing you right in the heart of the Old Quarter and within walking distance of many of the city’s best attractions, restaurants, and shops. What truly sets this hotel apart is the incredible service. Every staff member greeted guests with genuine smiles and a welcoming attitude that made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to Luna, who went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. She provided excellent recommendations for things to do around Hanoi, and her Luna’s Coffee is simply the best—one of the highlights of my stay! The breakfast was fantastic, offering several delicious options each morning to suit different tastes. I would also like to thank Linda, who helped me plan and book an amazing trip to the Ha Long Bay area. She was always available to answer questions with a positive attitude and even reached out before my arrival to provide helpful advice on the best way to get from the airport to the hotel. I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, and I can honestly say I have never received better service. The staff’s attention to detail, friendliness, and willingness to help made this an unforgettable experience. From the moment I booked until the day I checked out, I felt genuinely cared for. If you’re visiting Hanoi, I highly recommend the Luxury Old Quarter Hotel. The combination of an unbeatable location, outstanding service, excellent breakfast, and a team that truly cares about its guests makes this hotel a standout choice. I stated in luxury old quarter hotel and gym for seven nights. The staff were fantastic and always on hand to help - especially Saffron. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with good air conditioning, storage space and bathroom (including toothbrush, toiletries and a razor). The breakfast was satisfactory, but perhaps somewhat limited. The hotel WiFi was very good quality, and the laundry service was efficient and affordable. My only grievance is that there was no possibility to have a shower in the hotel after checkout on the final day and instead I had to go and pay an alternative hotel to shower since my flight was late that day. Overall, a fantastic experience and Saffron was extremely helpful.

Spent 2 nights at Luxury Old Quarter Hotel and i have to say it was an amazing experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We stayed in room 501 which had a great balcony for me to enjoy the breezing night. Overall a great experience, would definitely recommend.
