This hidden gem! located within a store and a lake view restaurant. The Hospitality was on another level, they welcomed me while they were still lunching and even shared a ripe Mangosteen, super delicious! Massage was affordable and super friendly! Don’t pass on this! Enjoy your massage!

Not going to recommend it. I don't think this place has any real staff on hand. I suspect their business model is to have some subcontractor whom they can call on and show up when they have customers. I had a 4PM appointment, showed up at 3:55, was asked why I didn't reply to his whatsapp message to re-confirm. I turned off my phone to conserve battery power. So he basically had to call someone to come over in the next 7-10 minutes. I asked to see the message room first, because I want a real Thai message, which should be done on the floor with a matt, not on a table. While going up to the 3rd floor, I bumped my head on the ceiling. It was so low, like maybe 1.65meter or 5'5" high at the stairs. This does not appear to be a real message spa, the owner probably rents the cheapest place he can find and just profit from the difference the customer pays and what he pays his contractors. You will be more comfortable getting it in your hotel room. To be fair, I'm not sure if that's not how other message places in Hanoi are run as well. I got another message the night before, they claim to be authentic Thai, but it was not. And it felt like the same setup. Maybe all these message spas share the same people, just running from one place to the other whereever there is customer. I don't think you can get a real thai message in Hanoi, probably they are all just regular messages, which is fine. Just don't mislead people. There is nothing wrong with just offering a deep tissue message, I also need that sometimes. it's all the same price.

Avoid avoid avoid! Worst massage I’ve ever had, honestly. They seem to have no experience in massaging at all. We ended up paying for 30mins at 200k/VND each instead 400k each for an hour and honestly I deeply regret even paying that much but we were cornered by the head woman and we just wanted to leave. It was a waste of time and money.

Terrible. DON’T GO - VERY BAD!!! Unless you want to have your toes split from the foot and have repetitive random inexperienced strokes with zero therapeutic value. Unprofessional staff, the lady ignored my knee injury, all staff were joking and talking rudely, no hygiene, passing dirty towels underneath me to the lady getting a massage next to me and then passing them back for me. Manager faked having no change to keep extra money. Covered in cheap oil. Terrible BAD BAD BAD place.
