Nature Hotel - Lạc Long Quân - Resort hotel in Hanoi

We had a wonderful stay here! The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back next time 😍

Raymond, the intern was very friendly and he was always so excitedly greeting us by the door and helped my mum with her steps. Post trip update (100% based on my personal opinion): the hotel do feel quite old and sketchy (especially the corridor lights, damm scary at night because it’s not on automatically), and the room isn’t very clean, when we first checked in there were stains on the bed sheet and I had to ask the front desk for a change. The toilet was always clogging after a shower. There’s some visible gout in the toilet areas.. However for the price that u’re paying, with breakfast, I would say you get what you paid for. Area is very far from old quarters so we had to grab down everywhere we go as there isn’t much for explore nearby. Can consider to stay if you cannot find affordable options in old quarter

⭐ 1-Star Review: Terrible Experience — Avoid This Hotel! We have stayed in hotels in many countries and have never encountered such a frustrating experience as we did at Nature Hotel Lac Long Quan in Hanoi. From check-in to check-out, we faced one problem after another, leaving us extremely disappointed. 1. Booking issues upon check-in When we arrived, the hotel staff told us they could not find our booking. This was an unpleasant and stressful start to our stay. 2. Poor facilities and service We requested an iron to iron our clothes, but the hotel failed to provide one on our first day. We were later told that the entire hotel had only ONE iron. This is very inconvenient for guests, especially when they need to prepare their clothes. 3. Unfair accusation over two pairs of missing slippers The most disappointing incident happened during check-out. The hotel claimed that two pairs of slippers were missing from our room and wanted to charge us for them. We noticed that the slippers had disappeared after housekeeping cleaned our room. Instead of properly investigating the situation, the hotel blamed us for not informing them earlier. How could we notify the hotel about something we had not even noticed was missing? Is it the guest's responsibility to check every single item in the room after housekeeping has entered? We strongly disagree with being held responsible for missing items without clear evidence that we took them. The hotel's attitude and handling of this matter were extremely disappointing and left us feeling unfairly accused. We travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels around the world, but we have never experienced such a series of problems during one stay. A hotel should make guests feel welcome and comfortable, not create unnecessary stress and accuse them of taking items without clear evidence. Overall, we would not recommend Nature Hotel Lac Long Quan to other travellers. Based on our experience, we strongly suggest considering other accommodation options in Hanoi to avoid similar frustrations. Save your money and choose another hotel!

Phuong and Raymond and the whole nature hotel team were exceptional. We visited Hanoi and nearby tourist places for leisure and had avery comfortable stay. Hotel is very clean, wide choice of breakfast items and very helpful staff.

It’s well located near Lotte Mall and West Lake … but it takes around 25min by car to city center. I like the size of the hotel & room just comfortable. Breakfast is good but keep servicing similar food daily.However I don’t understand the policy of cleaning room, I kept asking to clean my room for 4Nights not automatically 🤣 The staff too junior and speak little English…
