PALM Cafe - Cafe in Hanoi

A charming and good location on the main road, but actually tea was not strong or flavorful. Service was slow (maybe they had to server foods as well I guess). A big problem was no car parking available, and we paid car parking without any warning before.

Had a burger, not like American burgers, beef was a little tough and flavor was different BBQish. Dipping Saud wasn't ketchup, so don't expect American style taste. Ambience was great though. Clean and beautiful decor and architecture.

This coffee shop is spacious, 2 floors with beautiful view and stylish setup, they even have a small koi pond. The drinks are quite good, and surprisingly reasonable prices. Good service, too. They also serve lunch on the 2nd floor, might try next time. Highly recommend!

The space is very large and there are many different layout areas for each customer segment. People who work at the cafe can choose a quiet place one to the second floor to watch the street while working. Groups of friends together can sit next to the aquarium and talk and enjoy the scenery.
