Starbucks Lotte West Lake - Coffee shop in Hanoi

There was a hair in my drink. It was stuck between the lid and the cup. The staffs need to be scrupulous about hygiene.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stopped by Starbucks at Lotte Mall West Lake and had a wonderful experience. The store is spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, with plenty of comfortable seating whether you’re meeting friends, working on your laptop, or simply relaxing with a coffee. The staff were warm, welcoming, and efficient, making my order quickly even during a busy period. My drink was made perfectly, exactly as I requested, and the quality was consistent with what I expect from Starbucks. One thing I really enjoyed was the atmosphere. The large windows bring in lots of natural light, creating a calm and cozy environment that’s perfect for spending a few hours. The location inside Lotte Mall is also very convenient, making it an ideal place to take a break while shopping or after a meal. Overall, an excellent Starbucks with great coffee, friendly service, and a relaxing ambiance. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I’m at Lotte Mall West Lake. Highly recommended!

The Starbucks inside the mall has a very pleasant atmosphere and feels especially well designed. The decoration is beautiful and thoughtfully done, and the space is large, open, and comfortable. There is a dedicated area where many people sit to work or spend time on their laptops, which gives the place a relaxed, modern vibe. It’s a good spot to take a break from shopping, grab a coffee, and slow down for a while in a calm and welcoming environment.

One of the lesser eye-catching Starbucks I’ve been to. Pretty small and I was very surprise that I actually saw a number of locals at the coffee joint as I’d read before that Starbucks wasn’t too successful in Vietnam due to the strong local coffee culture. The local coffee uses robusta beans whereas Starbucks uses the less heavy arabica beans. Anyway, we had some trouble getting seats and also saw a long queue waiting to collect their food and drinks, so it was either under staff or simply too many orders. Located at one corner of the lotte mall. The pastries were well presented behind the glass cabinets.

came in, ordered a slice of cheese cake, no drinks. it took the staff over 6 minutes to take the slice out of the fridge and put in a take away box. if i hadn't reminded the staff about the order, likely would have taken over 10 minutes to package a sole ready-made cold cake. lots of delivery personnel on site, rowdy. unpleasant atmosphere. staff didn't seem to care
