Den, Bac Xiu . Amazing traditional vietnam house with lots of seating and airy space! Den a.k.a black coffee made from dark roast dripped in vietnamese traditional way which very fragrant and having bold taste! Bac xiu made from medium roast which balanced very well with the milk so not too sweet nor losing the coffee taste. . #vnfoodies #vncafe #den #bacxiu #tacoffee

Service was impeccable; my wonderful mother (bless her heart) probably changed her mind 14 times on which beans to buy. My was patient, understanding, and able to answer all of our questions about the coffees. She was incredibly down to earth about pricing and quality. The hidden garden is wonderful and tranquil with - oh there goes my mother to go bother My again… I guess that’s 15 times. Please give her a raise on my behalf. Also the coffee is great if you were wondering.

If you really are serious about coffee beans, then come here. Locally sourced coffee shows the quality of beans. I had an espresso Arabica and it did not disappoint me. Buttery flavored with zesty kick. The vibes is relaxed excellent for reading a book.

Tra and Mi are outstanding staff members. This is such a beautiful coffee shop, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The team is incredibly kind, and the coffee is amazing. I enjoyed it so much that I ordered twice, both the coffee and the croissant were that good. I will definitely be bringing some beans back to NYC. I cannot wait to return on my next visit to Hanoi. Thank you, Ta Coffee

A beautiful cafe in the Old Quarter. Too bad I discovered this on my last day of the trip. The bac xiu is topnotch. Atmosphere is really nice. There are outlets and wifi if you want to work. The staff was also kind enough to allow me to finish my banh mi takeout outside and serve my order there (thus i had a really nice breakfast). Five stars! :)
