I visited Tâm Spa on Xuân Diệu near West Lake around 7:50 PM, hoping for a relaxing massage after a long day. The initial welcome felt a bit distant, but I attributed it to a language barrier, which is common and understandable. Unfortunately, the experience was far from relaxing. Just 5 minutes into the massage, I was asked if I wanted two masseuses (I declined). The original masseuse kept her phone on loud, with constant notification sounds disrupting the session. Soon after, a client entered the shop, and she left to attend to them at the door, leaving another staff member to abruptly take over without any communication. When it was time to flip over, the switch happened again. Then a group of 4 people came in, creating loud chaos right in the open area. No one asked them to lower their voices or managed the noise. To make matters worse, the curtains were left wide open, offering no privacy. With about 15 minutes remaining, the constant interruptions, phone noises, and lack of a calm, professional atmosphere made it impossible to unwind. I asked to stop early, got dressed, paid, and left feeling more stressed than when I arrived. For a spa advertising relaxation, hot stone, and aroma therapy, this was a disappointing and unprofessional experience. There are many better options around West Lake for anyone seeking actual tranquility and technique.
