Tamai Hanoi - Coffee shop in Hanoi

The staff here were so lovely, they greet you with kindness and warmth. Hanoi was heavily raining, so it was a perfect spot to hang back and enjoy the delicious coffee. Matcha coco was so good and refreshing and the coffee lychee was so unique and delicious.

Came here on a friend’s recommendation, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The space feels like it’s straight out of Pinterest, with beautiful French-inspired interiors and thoughtfully designed details. Every corner is incredibly photogenic. I arrived around 9 AM, it was still quiet, making it a great spot to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. There’s also a rooftop seating area, though it was a bit too hot to sit outside during Hanoi’s summer. I had a hot cappuccino, which was decent but nothing particularly memorable. I stayed for about an hour before the café started getting busy, then continued to my next coffee stop. Overall, it’s a lovely café that’s worth visiting if you’re in Hanoi—especially if you appreciate beautiful interiors and a relaxing atmosphere.

not just another "tiktok cafe". this place actually serves decent coffee. cool vibe, i really like the french villa aesthetic. but the limited seating is a major downside as it fills up way too quickly. parking is also a total pain.

atmosphere is nice, would be better with music, very wl decorated. was told off for using a film camera. told we could only use phones. wasnt given a reason and weren't any signs. they waited for us to leave after telling us off even though we were paying customers. coffee we had was okay, bit burnt, egg coffee didnt have enough egg. latte had too much milk. clearly that people only come for the photo op. entry fee is a 55k coffee

Given the choice and high standards of cafes in Hanoi that one gets used to, this was a little underwhelming. The staff was a little lost, half the menu wasn’t available (this is on a weekday lunchtime) and majority of the cafe felt more like a co-working hub, less of a cafe in true sense. The matcha coffee was great, there wasn’t the usual classics otherwise to choose from.
