Tim Ho Wan - L7 West Lake Hanoi by LOTTE - Restaurant in Hanoi

Was a great dining. Am in for a quick dinner and all was very efficient. Ms Trang and Thư helped me order and her tea recommendations worked for me. Enjoyable indeed!

Decent food for decent price. Not the world's best dimsum, but I highly recommend to try if you are already here at Lotte mall and hungry after shopping. Restaurant is inside of L7 Hotel at 6th floor.

A bit tricky to find, but absolutely worth it. The restaurant is not directly inside Lotte Mall. You actually need to go outside, find the hotel that is connected to the mall, enter through the hotel lobby, and then take the elevator up to the 6th floor — that’s where you’ll find it. Once you arrive, the space is beautiful and very cozy. The interior is thoughtfully designed with warm wood, soft lighting, and a calm atmosphere — it feels elegant but still relaxed. The food was excellent — everything we tried was fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. The dim sum is definitely worth ordering. Desserts were also very good. Drinks are interesting too — I tried the lotus & pandan drink, which was light and not too sweet. Overall, a lovely dining experience with great ambiance, good food, and a unique hidden location. Would definitely come back ✨

The only thing special about this restaurant are the pork buns. The rest is mediocre. If you like dimsum and have tried authentic ones, the food is underwhelming. The chicken feet wasn’t even marinated enough. The fried rice wasnt good. Big dimsum restaurants like this won’t give you authentic experience but the food here is just underwhelming. Din Tai Fung is better or if you’re in Lotte Hanoi, try Crystal Jade. Higher price but more flavorful

Excellent food, service, and lo-fi music !! We had almost all the dim sim dishes and they are all absolutely delicious. I accidentally spilled my drink and Tim kindly made a new one for me (Thanks Tim!!). I was feeling tired and stressed then after eating here I felt so relaxed and with new lens on eyes
