Tipsy Turtle & sport Bar - Bar PMU in Hanoi

During our days in Hanoi, this bar was one of the best surprises. We ended up coming back a few times because the atmosphere is super relaxed and welcoming. The shisha is excellent — well-prepared, with great flavor and thick smoke. The staff, especially Ken and Ngoc, were really friendly, attentive, and took great care in how they prepared everything, which made a big difference. The drinks and beers are also great, and the snacks go perfectly with everything. It was definitely one of the bars I liked and visited the most while staying in Hanoi. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a nice place to relax and have a good time in the city. Will miss them

I like the atmosphere here. The cocktails are super good too. The owner/ bartender is super friendly and you’re able to communicate easily. The song selection was a vibe ngl. It’s an overall good experience. He always welcomes people with a big smile.

I dropped in here at lunchtime for a drink while I was killing time before heading to the airport. I was the only person there but the atmosphere was still inviting. Ken was very friendly and made a fantastic cocktail (I got the special named after the bar), best drink I had in Hanoi by far. I definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the old quarter.

I found this bar completely by accident. When I arrived, all the tables were taken, but the staff offered me a seat on the second-floor balcony, and it was perfect. The cocktails were amazing and the atmosphere was great. What impressed me the most was the staff — I was there alone, and they kept checking on me, asking if everything was okay, if I needed anything, and just talking to me. You can really feel how attentive and caring they are with their guests. I left with only positive impressions. Huge thanks to the team for such great service and atmosphere❤️❤️❤️❤️

We came here for a few drinks before going out for 3 nights in a row. The atmosphere was lovely and chilled, great decor and the service was fantastic. Would definitely recommend! Beers and cider were top quality!
