A great place to get a 360° view of the old quarter. Cranberry mojito is a winner.

The Rooftop bar has great views of the City & comfortable seating, a nice place!

Victor Rooftop Hotel and Bar and the associated hotel Le Petit Prince are run by unscrupulous people and they are frauds. I & my family had dinner there on 30th December 2025 and the Bill amount was 1.2 million VND. Restaurant charged me 12 million VND on the credit card and even after 1 month of follow up they have not refunded the amount. I am attaching pictures of the bill and the amount charged. Please completely stay away from this fraudulent hotel and restaurant.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not clean when I arrived. There was dust on the furniture, the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned properly, and the room had an unpleasant smell that stayed throughout my stay. Cleanliness is one of the most important things I expect from a hotel, so this experience was unacceptable. I hope the management improves the housekeeping service to ensure better standards for future guests. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
