Wayne’s Coffee - Coffee shop in Hanoi

Great place, great people If you want to be part of the Hanoi in-crowd, and I think you do, then this Wayne’s is the place to be. Not only is the coffee of the outstanding quality we’ve all come to expect from the Swedish coffee chain, but the staff at this particular location is even more attentive and professional than you imagine - always ready with a helping hand or a good laugh, local recommendations and what have you.

I like this coffee chain with consistent drink quality, light coffee taste, reasonable price with minimal chairs and tables but comfy enough for sitting and working. This store itself isn't busy and they have a big working table upstairs. But they're better to pay more attention for operations I guess, to arrange chairs and tables and cleaning up. They have such a good location but it looks like no one really cares about it.

Nice place to work,even though it's not really that silent. The coffees are good.

Vile employee, having issues with customer. the one who named Thinh i assumed. The dismissive tone and lack of basic courtesy from the staff member named Thinh made the environment incredibly uncomfortable, ultimately souring the entire visit. I totally dissapointed with how a F&B brand having an employee acting so unwellcoming
