Blue Bloa Coffee & Eatery - Restaurant in Hanoi

This is a 2-story place where the 1st floor is mainly used for food and coffee and 2nd floor is the play area for the kids. There are a few tables in the 2nd floor for parents, though there aren't many if you don't book ahead. The play area is divided into different areas such as market, makeup area, farms, climbing, etc The food was good, we had a chicken rice that was soft and tender for our toddler (and we also loved it). We also ordered an oolong milk tea, and later an egg coffee which was a bit blant. However, the staff needs more training, especially are those who are on 2nd floor. My kid was pushed by another kid running and hit her head. She cried, yet no staff showed care or came to support. Eventhough the parents were there for their kids, showing care by staff was essential if there were any injuries that needs immediate support. I hope this can be improved.

Everything is good from service to parking assistance from security. But there is one point that I hope the management will pay attention to and amend. That day I came with a friend of mine, and according to their religion, they need to pray. At that time, he was outside in the lobby, praying, while we ordered drinks and waited inside. The restaurant at that time was almost empty. One of the staff members that day laughed and told other colleagues loudly about our friend praying. He told his colleagues that our friend was performing a spell. I reminded them right away. But I think with the location of your store, surrounded by foreign customers, you should pay more attention to staff management and avoid such a situation from happening again. It is an impolite act and disrespects customers.

Nice place for children and their parents. As I'm neither a child nor a parent, so it's interesting to take photos. They have menu on their tablets, but you still need to order with help of a waiter. On menu you have many kinds of desserts, in reality- only one- tiramisu.... Coffee is watery, cappuccino tastes like latte. We took a dish with tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiny shrimps and cheese. The bread was stale, they warmed it and the dish was tasteless, not even salty. For 195k it could be better. They didn't bring napkins with food, we asked for them, they never clean the table. The atmosphere there is amazing, great ornaments and decorations.

Blue Bloa is definitely one of the cleanest and most well-organized play spaces I’ve been to so far! The amenities are complete and thoughtfully arranged-my baby had a great time exploring every corner. The food is okay and portion-wise, it’s pretty decent. One thing I do hope they improve is staff communication. As a foreigner, I found it quite difficult to communicate since most of the staff don’t speak English. Also, they only accept cash or barcode. no card payments-which made things a bit tricky. I had to walk 500 meters just to find an ATM bringing my baby😅 Overall though, still a solid and enjoyable experience-just come prepared with cash and some local language.

Great place to take the children. The interior design of this place is lovely. The food was good, freshly cooked and reasonably priced. There were only a few customers while we were visiting, between 12 and 2 on a week day. My only complaint was that we got one menu between 6 of us, which meant ordering the food took time. The staff were very attentive, the place was clean and there were lots of activities for the children.
