El Gaucho Lotte Mall West Lake - Steak house in Hanoi

The waiters are really nice. At one point, my table asked for a photo, and the waiter jokingly told us that she would go find another one due to her own lack of photography skills. They also give you their recommendations based on tastes. I noticed how one of the managers or bartenders was pouring chocolate milk for one of the kids like it was wine, which the kid was very curious about. Light jazz music, nice place to go to for a fancy meal or treat for oneself.

You see that empty plate I posted. That's what a restaurant wants. Not your selfies, not your food pics, they know what the food looks like and photo says nothing about how it tastes. An empty plate speak volumes. Quality 5, taste 5, price 5(given the imported quality), air conditioning in Hanoi during the summer 10, and not full of posturing self absorbed people a 5. Eat here, you won't regret it.

Great experience Just forget the food cort in the mall. This restaurant is worth the visit. Best service I have experience in Vietnam. The food, we went for a simple burger, it was so much more than that it was an experience. Will go again

The steak was cooked to perfection, and was complimented perfectly by the black pepper sauce. The lamb chops were also very tender. The staff were also very attentive and helpful.
