Hà Nội Shining Spa 2 - Spa in Hanoi

Did not realize this was next door to our hotel and part of another hotel. lol. We were party of 3. Opted for 30 min head wash and 60min body massage. The place was clean, decorated nicely and staff were friendly and professional. They were able to accommodate us quickly. The price is reasonable. All our therapist did a wonderful job! I’m definitely coming back.

Hair wash and facial are very relaxing and done carefully. The staff are friendly and professional. Room is clean and comfortable. The services are worth the money, and the head massage is especially amazing. I will definitely come back👍

I had a facial and hair wash. H.Phong was fantastic. Face felt so refreshed and hair very soft. Staff are very friendly and efficient. I recommend a visit 💯. Thankyou all.

Fabulous space, the ladies are lovely, really pleased we decided to come. We’re staying at an hotel in the same group. Our receptionist booked us in & the spa paid for our taxi on arrival. My daughter Thad hair wash and facial and I had the Thai massage. I’ve not had a Thai massage in Thailand so I can’t compare with over there, what I can say is, after planes, trains, busses & scooters I needed a good stretch and this massage provided it. You’re pulled but also massaged with oil to relax the muscles. A very enjoyable experience. The environment is very relaxing and so much better than the shops on the street! Highly recommend.

When we arrive in Hanoi, lan was very happy to set an appointment for my wife’s nails and gave her a thorough rundown of her options. When we arrived she made us feel like royalty and went above and beyond. Service was fast and high quality.
