Healing Spa and Nail - Nail salon in Hanoi

Cozy place, very polite, helpful and professional staff. I had the hairwash service and the gel polish nail service. Both were so good. I really enjoyed them. Head spa was so relaxing. I will come again.

My partner and I went twice, first for a leg and foot massage which was very nice. Second time I got my nail extensions removed and new gel polish done and they did such a lovely job!! My nails are so cute and the woman who helped me was so patient in removing my nails :)

What a treat today was! I booked in for the Healing package and added a hair wash and eyelash extensions. I was welcomed in by Mai who was welcoming and lovely. In fact, the young lady (whose name I don’t recall, sorry),that did most of my treatments, was absolutely incredible! I deliberated on whether to post this but, for the price: There were a few things that could be improved on including: there was no herbal bath available as advertised, instead a hand shower in a toilet/ shower cubicle. This was explained to me prior so I took that on board. My biggest let down was the massage therapist, nudging me alert and asking for a tip right when the other lovely lady was applying my scrub to my leg. It broke the relaxation and I found it quite uncomfortable, shirt off and she expected me to grab her tip tight in the middle of my package. I don’t want that to take away from the fact that every other aspect of my treatment and day were absolutely amazing. I gave feedback at the end to Mai and it was kindly and well received. I was assured this would be addressed and was not, in fact, encouraged by the spa. Honestly, all in all, I would definitely go back! They really do make it special and I left feeling so much lighter and brighter!

Overall Rating: 7/10 I came here for a bit of a 'healing' session and had a mixed but generally positive experience. The absolute highlight was the hair washing service. It was incredible! The staff were so gentle and soft with their touch, and the products they used smelled amazing. It was incredibly relaxing and easily the best part of my visit. If you’re looking for a professional and soothing head massage/wash, I highly recommend it. I also tried the basic manicure and pedicure. The finish on the nails wasn't very kemas (neat). It lacked that sharp, polished look I was hoping for. Overall, I’d definitely come back for the hair and spa treatments because the service and hospitality are top-notch, but I might skip the nail station next time!

My friend and I had a wonderful experience at Healing Spa & Nail on a rainy day in Old Quarter. The receptionist Mai was incredibly thorough with the different packages and options available and was able to accommodate our requests for both a mani and pedi spa experience. My nail technician (Anh) who had over 10 years of experience was very gentle, kind, and detail oriented in her craft, making sure I was comfortable throughout the service. The products were of high quality and the space was clean. We are both very pleased with our experience, results, and the services we received! Thank you so much! 💗💅
