Had the BEST dinner at this restaurant — went after good reviews and it was honestly DELISH. The food was unreal — please get the Vietnamese pancake, that was actually sensational. Our waiter, Tee, was so lovely, helpful, and fun. He was incredibly amazing and honestly made the dining experience so much better. I would recommend this place 100%!!!!
I had a delicious meal here! So many vegetarian options and fresh juices. The vegetables were fresh and the tofu was cooked perfectly. Tho took excellent care of us! He speaks perfect English and looked after us throughout his meal. Top notch service and wonderful food.
Hong Hoai’s Restaurant was one of the highlights of my trip to Hanoi! The food was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and authentically Vietnamese. Every dish was beautifully prepared, with generous portions and excellent value for the price. The staff especially “Tee” ❤️ were warm, friendly, and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were happy to recommend local specialties and ensured we had a wonderful dining experience. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere that perfectly complements the delicious food. The food was delicious 👍🏻 All of the staff were friendly and welcoming, and I’d especially like to thank Tee, who was my server. He was attentive throughout the meal and kindly explained not only the dishes but also the best way to enjoy them. His thoughtful service made the dining experience even more enjoyable. First time here from reading google review. Tee (staff) was most attentive & patient & even showed us how to wrap the pancake. Tee definitely showed us customer service with a BIG SMILE. We had Banh Xeo (Vietnamese Pancake), Roasted Duck Noodle Soup (Pho Vit Quay). They are delicious. Drink: we had ice Salted Cream Coffee. Very nice as well. Highly recommend.
