Khách sạn Sunset Westlake Hà Nội | Sunset Westlake Hanoi Hotel - Hotel in Hanoi

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming! From the front desk to the maintenance and housekeeping teams, everyone was friendly and always happy to help. 😊 A special shout out to Hoàng, Nam, Phương, Khiêm, Ngọc, and the entire management team! 🙌 The breakfast buffet was quite good. The hotel facilities were also clean and comfortable. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

A bit older mid-range boutique/ standard city hotel room, easy check-in process, great staff. Shower with great pressure and spacious! Bed was so so neither rock hard nor foam like. The only thing that bothered us was that they didn't change the bedding, it's full of hair and smelled. A slightly older mid-range boutique/standard city hotel. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were excellent. The shower had great water pressure and was quite spacious. The bed was average — not too hard, not too soft. However, the biggest downside was the noises from other guests slamming doors + bedding: it hadn’t been changed, was full of hair, and smelled like people have been in it.

This is a very well run hotel Staff are excellent. Very friendly and helpful. English is very clear. Hotel very clean. Nice buffet breakfast on 11th floor with nice views of the lake. Check in very efficient. Good quiet air-conditioning. Very well sound insulation. Has and elevator. Good WiFi. Lots of hot water. Good location for walking the lake and lots of restaurants and shopping near by. We highly recommend this hotel.

In June of 2025 I rented 20 rooms for some government participants for a training event that took place in Hanoi. The process was very easy as I worked with Mr. John, one of the Managers at the hotel to secure the booking and get the rooms ready. The payment process was very easy and had no issues. Once in country I viewed the rooms before the participants arrived and all were very clean and comfortable, great for the price I was given! I met more of the staff such as the reception when I toured the hotel and they were all very helpful and kind. The participants told me the hotel was nice and they enjoyed eating at the restaurant in the hotel. Overall, it was a great choice and I would recommend the Sunset Westlake Hanoi Hotel for large group stays such as training events, even for government personnel.
