Had a massage while staying at my this hotel. The massage lady had very strong hands and got rid of my knots along my neck and shoulder area. If you ever get to Vietnam check them out. Grab or taxi to location is very cheap. Cost for massage is legit and not a sex ploy as those you see walking the town. Because I visited them for a specific problem and it t was resolved I give them maximum STARS
It was a great spa experience at La Maison Spa Hanoi! The place is aesthetic and clean ⭐️ Receptionist Maianh is very hospitable, welcoming, and friendly. The massage by Pink and Nora was really great too. Will definitely come back again soon!
For the deep tissue lovers this is the massage for you. We picked the sports massage with the strongest pressure and let me tell you… just wow! It was absolutely amazing and I feel like a new person. Easily the best massage ever!
Extremely disappointing experience, do not trust the 5 star review. I am honestly shocked by the high rating of this establishment, as my experience was well below average. From start to finish, the visit was unprofessional and anything but relaxing. First, they couldn’t find my booking upon arrival, resulting in a 45-minute wait. Once the massage finally began, the issues continued. The room was cramped, the therapist constantly bumped into the bed while moving around and frequently left the room or chatted with colleagues. The towels also had a noticeable, unpleasant odor. The massage itself was poorly executed and lacked any sense of flow. Despite asking for light pressure multiple times, the therapist continued to push far too hard. Worse, she used her nails to scratch my skin throughout the session and actually burned the bottom of my feet with hot stones. At one point, she was even using my body as an "anchor" to balance herself while moving around. To top it off, the price is very high for such poor service. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, the staff just asked nonsensical questions instead of addressing the issues. Please be wary of the reviews here; this was a painful and unprofessional experience.
The massage itself was below average, but the overall experience was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I couldn’t even enjoy my tea because the receptionist was standing over me and watching me the entire time. The price for a 75-minute massage came to 900,000 including VAT and a 10% service charge!! While I was still getting dressed after the massage, the specialist repeatedly asked for tips and would not let me leave comfortably until I gave one. It was forced and completely against my will. I also honestly question the authenticity of many of the Google reviews. After my treatment, the receptionist repeatedly tried to pressure me into writing a Google review in front of her and she practically started writing it herself, even after I clearly said multiple times that I did not want to. Overall, the atmosphere was stressful rather than relaxing, and I would never return.
