My 13 year old son and me stayed at this beautiful hotel in June. We stayed in the penthouse and enjoyed the breakfast every day! I’ll have dreams about the iced vanilla latte! We also went to the spa twice! Two days in a row. We had the head massage and hair washing on day 1 and then massage and facial on day two! It was heaven
I had the best whole body, facial and hair spa experience at La Spa Heng Be. It’s a 10/10 score. Chi is my masseuse and she has the softest, gentlest and strongest hands at the same time. I love the staffs here they’re very polite, courteous and accommodating. 🥰 The best Spa in Hanoi. The ambience is topnotch😍
We stayed at La Siesta Premium on two occasions on our trip and the thing that stood out to us was the exceptional service. The staff were consistently brilliant. For example, after our first stay we left some belongings in our room as we checked out by mistake, but knowing we were returning in a few days the staff put our things to one side and returned them to us as soon as we walked through the doors upon our return.As for the hotel itself, we had zero complaints. The rooms are clean and comfortable enough, the spa gave us two great massages, the rooftop bar is a welcome refuge after a hot evening by food stalls, motorbikes and chaos of the streets below, breakfast hit the spot - although eating out at breakfast in Hanoi should be a priority. However, the hotel’s main asset - beyond the staff of course - is the location. In the heart of the old quarter, few restaurants or shops are beyond a steady 10 minute walk.Can not recommend La Siesta Premium enough!
I got a 90 minutes tension relief massage. It was great. I needed it because after walking a lot in Hanoi I had muscle cramps. The massotherapeute focussed on the parts I asked for and was strong enough for my personal preference. The music was good too. I would come back if I had enough time left in the city. The 5 star is well deserved. Thank you!
I was fortunate enough to receive a sky package from Mrs Chi today. There aren’t words to describe!….. Only sighs (and falling asleep multiple times because I was so relaxed). You choose your oil, depending on your skin type And your fragrance You have a tea before your treatment Then it’s upstairs…. The treatment room is beautiful The sauna, amazing. The hot stone massage…WOW. The facial, gorgeous. Then when it’s all over it’s back downstairs to recover from the bliss (I felt so spaced out!) With some delightful spring rolls and seasonal fruit and tea. This was the PERFECT 3.5 hour treatment for my birthday. I’m so glad I booked in for this. Ladies, treat yourself!!……and be sure to ask for Mrs Chi!!!!! Thank you! (Oh, and they also gave me a birthday cake! Such a lovely surprise! 😍)
