A cute little café tucked in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, the perfect spot to take a break after walking around the busy streets! We tried their Vietnamese coffee and crepes, and everything was pretty satisfying.. Definitely try the coconut coffee if you love a creamy, refreshing Vietnamese-style coffee! 🥥☕️ And of course, the crepes are hard to resist, especially the Nutella & banana combination. 🍫🍌 The café is cosy and has a relaxed vibe, making it a nice place to sit, people-watch and escape the Hanoi heat for a while. Service was friendly and generally quick during our visit. 📍 Conveniently located along Lan Ong Street in the Old Quarter, so it’s easy to pop in while exploring nearby. Overall, a nice little café stop in Hanoi for coffee, banh mi and something sweet. Would happily come back

1. QR code asking for 5 star review was given the moment we sat down. Even before the menu was given. This was insane. 2. We were asked to pay right after we ordered. This is a first experience in Hanoi. We only experienced this in street foods. Not in a sit-down restaurant/cafe. 3. I asked for plates for our sandwiches, and we were given a dirty one. I asked for a clean one and the waiter insisted this was clean. It literally had chili/ketchup stain. 4. Filthy washroom. We thought it’d be a nice place to eat given the beautiful facade and the google reviews.
At first we weren’t sure what to expect, we stopped for a restroom break and noticed they had BanhMi & Burgers so decided to just dine in. The burger and banhmi were pretty good. The smash burger as any is a tad bit messy but the buns very soft + it comes with a free beer. I got a mango coconut smoothie and it was so good. I loved how I can taste the mango & it was thick compared to others I’ve had as they were a bit on the watery side.
I came across this café while enjoying my egg coffee just across the street and decided to give it a try after seeing so many positive reviews. I ordered the grilled chicken bánh mì, but honestly, it was quite average, and I’m not sure what all the hype is about. That said, the place itself is nice. You can choose between air-conditioned indoor seating or a balcony where you can enjoy a view of the busy streets, which adds to the experience. The bánh mì is priced at 55,000 VND. If you’re looking for a spot to relax and enjoy the view, it’s worth a visit. But if your main goal is to find great bánh mì, this might not be the best place.
Both the sandwich and my almond croissant were really good, we may have to return soon! Coffees were also good, I had the latte as a wanted a hot coffee, but will try their salty coffee next time. Sat on the 2nd level looking out at the old Hanoi streets. Sandwich was a bit slow coming (a big group had also just arrived) but the rest very fast. Highly recommend.
