Great massage for fair price, though the signage out front is a bit deceptive of price. Best massage so far in Hanoi. Masseuse spoke very little during massage, which was relaxing (other places they seem to talk to each other the whole time). The lady at the front desk was quite rude and unwelcoming, unlike the ladies doing the massage. She is the only reason for a 4 and not 5 star rating. Would be great if she learnt customer service.

I visited this spa some time this week because my friend and I wanted a relaxing hair spa session after a long day. We randomly chanced upon this place after the auntie outside offered us discounted packages — 400k VND for 30min foot massage + 60min hair/facial for my friend, and 490k VND for 30min body scrub + 60min hair/facial for me. At the time it sounded like a decent deal compared to the other spas around the area, but honestly it should’ve been a warning sign because nearby spas were charging almost double. The experience overall was really disappointing and uncomfortable. First, the place already felt a bit suspicious because there was literally nobody else inside. During the body scrub, I was brought to a shared room upstairs with multiple beds and zero privacy. I was asked to change into only the provided pants, but no curtain was drawn at all during the treatment. At some points I was just lying there completely exposed if anyone happened to walk in. There was also no effort to properly cover areas that weren’t being treated, which made the whole thing feel extremely awkward instead of relaxing. The staff also didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the treatments they were offering. I asked what the difference was between the coffee scrub and salt scrub, and nobody could properly explain it beyond “just scrub.” One staff member eventually said salt was for exfoliating and coffee was for complexion, but it honestly sounded like they were guessing. The environment itself was also not relaxing at all. Loud Justin Bieber music was blasting through the speakers the entire time and the soundproofing was terrible. While I was “marinating” in the scrub wrap (felt like a coffee pork rib honestly), I could hear everything happening downstairs. The facial and hair wash were also below standard. The blackhead vacuum tool didn’t seem hygienic at all, and the hair wash felt rushed. What annoyed me most was that they blow-dried my permed hair completely straight even though most proper hair spas know how to dry curled/permed hair properly. On top of that, I noticed mould in the treatment room, which completely grossed me out. Lastly, the timing felt very stingy. Most hair spas allow extra time to properly dry your hair after the treatment duration ends, but this place basically stopped everything exactly when the 60 minutes were up. Overall, I would not return because: 1. No privacy 2. Staff seemed inexperienced 3. Cleanliness issues 4. Not relaxing at all 5. Felt rushed and low quality The cheap price unfortunately reflected the experience.
Huong ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐the best massage I had an absolutely amazing experience at NARI Spa. This was without a doubt the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and very professional. The therapist Houng was incredibly skilled and knew exactly how to find every point of tension in my body. Especially my calves — she worked them perfectly and released so much built-up stress. Every movement felt precise, strong, and deeply relaxing at the same time. You can really tell she knows what she’s doing and takes pride in her work. I walked out feeling like a completely new person. And a long sleep when I came home Highly recommended — I will 100% be coming back! I will be going back ther to night
We came here on our stop over to Sapa, having gel nails, foot massage and full body massage. The job they done on the nails was great, the foot massage was lovely and the full body was nice. So on our return to Hanoi after a week we went back this time for gel toe nails to match the fingers, foot massage which was very good and full body lovely. All the girls there are just lovely, they did an amazing job on us all, would definitely recommend and go back again. Thank you
Really great experience here. The place looks quite simple from the outside, but don’t think twice. The quality of the massage is excellent. The staff is very friendly, sweet and makes you feel comfortable right away. One of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend!
