One of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time! The food was incredibly delicious and flavorful, but what made our visit truly unforgettable was the service. We were served by Tuna, who was an absolute star so warm, high-energy, and genuinely attentive throughout our entire meal. Tuna went above and beyond to make sure our table had everything we needed before we even had to ask. Outstanding customer service like this is rare to find. Huge thanks to Tuna for taking such great care of us. 10/10, can't recommend this place enough!

Had a wonderful meal at Old Việt in Hanoi! The Bánh mì thịt nướng đặc biệt Hà Nội (Hanoi Special Grilled Meat Bánh Mì) was packed with flavour, and the Nước dưa hấu (fresh watermelon juice) was refreshing and delicious. A special thanks to Kim Anh for the warm and attentive service. Great food, great hospitality, and a lovely local experience!

What made our experience even more memorable was the excellent service. Ms. Kim was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. Her hospitality made us feel truly valued. We are very happy with our dining experience and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service.

excellent service from the young female waitress in bunned up hair! she came to demonstrate to me how to eat the dish and explained gently. wanted to give 5* but there was a hair in my friend’s food so i have to be honest and cant. the same waitress also handled this incident very well, she cancelled the dish and let my friend pick another main course free of charge. 👍 very professional service recovery. she is also very nice and sent us off at the door with a smile ❤️
