Red Chilli delivers what you expect from authentic Indian cuisine—spicy, flavorful, delicious, and true to the identity of each dish. Every item we tried matched its name and brought the real Indian taste we were craving. We honestly did not expect their Chicken Kebab and Chicken Biryani to be this impressive. The flavors, aroma, and preparation reminded us of having biryani and kebabs back in Hyderabad. That level of authenticity is not easy to find while travelling abroad. The restaurant is located in the heart of Hoan Kiem, surrounded by the famous markets and lakes of Hanoi, making it a convenient stop while exploring the city. If you are in Hanoi and looking for authentic Indian food, don’t think twice—just head to Red Chilli. This particular restaurant in Hanoi has my heart! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. The food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic Indian flavors that reminded me of home. Every dish was freshly prepared, flavorful, and served with great attention to detail. A special thanks to Vaibhav, who made our experience truly memorable. His energy, positivity, and vibrant personality stood out from the very beginning. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, welcomed, and valued as guests. His recommendations were excellent, and his dedication to customer satisfaction was evident throughout our visit. What impressed me the most was the exceptional customer service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and hospitality are equally outstanding. The halal food was just average in taste.The prices were quite high compared to the quality and portion size. Overall, it’s an okay option if you’re looking for halal Indian food, but not great value for money.

I visited the place yesterday for dinner believing it to be authentic Indian but it didn’t turn out so. On our trip to Vietnam we usually have dinner at Indian restaurants and their hospitality is great and the service staff is also very friendly. At Red Chilli *indian* restaurant it wasn’t the case, there were two guys at the reception: one from Africa and while the other guy looked Indian his attitude showed otherwise. It seemed like the staff lacks basic training and hospitality, food was ok. If the restaurant owner is reading this the place has a great potential and good food however the staff behaviour good bring it down, please train them.

The garlic cheese naan and the butter naan was nice. It is one of the better ones that we've had. The chicken kebab was also nice, it is a little bit spicy - which we liked. The staff Clovis and Naseer were friendly. Praises to the chef for the great food. Food is halal and there are vegetarian dish.
