From the moment we walked in, she made us feel like VIPs. Her warm, outgoing personality instantly made us comfortable, and she treated us with so much genuine kindness throughout our entire visit. She’s not only incredibly professional but also has such a graceful, friendly presence that makes the whole experience even more welcoming. The massage was exceptional, and the facial was absolutely exquisite, relaxing, thorough, and one of the best I’ve ever had. We enjoyed it so much that we came at the very beginning of our trip… and loved it so much we made sure to end our vacation with one final visit. Thank you for making our trip that much more memorable. If you’re looking for outstanding service, incredible skill, and someone who truly cares about her clients, I couldn’t recommend her more highly. We’ll definitely be back!

Great massage. We went twice and both times were amazing. Masseuse was great and adequate strength to unknot tight muscles. They gave my wife a great simple pedicure for free too as she was waiting for me to finish my massage. They also thoroughly entertained her while I was having my massage. Awesome through and through!

In addition to the massage parlor I recommended in my previous review, I highly recommend this one as well. In fact, I would get a massage every day at either of them. I highly recommend the masseuse Han, who is not only beautiful and pleasant to walk with, but she's a grate massus. All the stuff here are amazing and the service is top notch! Really One of the best. I highly recommend getting an hour and a half massage. Don't forget to tip fairly. I recommend 100k dong

Best massage in Hanoi! Upon an earlier visit to Hanoi I stumbled upon Rex Spa and was lucky to met Thanh who provided my massage service. OMG she has the strongest hands and gave me a massage of the type that a sore and weary traveller needs. Needless to say I went there for 3 days running. So fast forward 2 years and imagine my joy when I returned and Thanh was still employed there! 3 days in Hanoi and another 3 massages! Everything was above board and she has a great personality and is a true professional. If you are after a very good massage at a very reasonable price I would highly recommend this establishment when visiting Hanoi. And dont forget....Ask for Thanh!!
