unique experience - you need to walk through some narrow residential alley first to get to the cafe. the drinks are well thought of but still reasonably priced which is a surprise! would recommend visit ing if you’re in the area. will say that they asked me to write a review for a free dessert, but they were respectful about it and I had a good experience so didn’t mind.

Flavourful quality coffee. Our favourite coffee place since avrriving in Vietnam. We have been coming back several times to get their latte and today we got their banana cake and brownie which were very tasty. The staff is helpful and the atmosphere is chill and welcoming❤️
Tenement coffee bar is a niche concept coffe shop a bit away from the trouble of the city. Tenement should stand symbolic for the way of living together in this little quarter here. The coffee and brownie I can only recommend. Also the 2 girls serving the coffe are very helpful and gentle!
