Beautiful hotel with spacious and clean room. Service is excellent. My wife received a handwritten birthday card and a free cake on her birthday. Location is decent as it is relatively close to Lotte Mall West Lake. There is also a 20% discount for Grab rides to and fro the hotel. That said, the breakfast buffet is slightly underwhelming for a 5 star hotel. In addition, the food served during their Oktoberfest event could have been much better. The only "meat" are sausages during the event and we don't think it was worth the price tag.

I stayed at this Dusit hotel last week for two days and it was a great experience. Upon check-in, the reception upgraded my room to a suite (probably because of member status). This is particularly helpful because it’s raining all day and I couldn’t really go anywhere so it’s very nice to have enough space. The facilities are modern, beautiful and well sound insulated which is important to me because I am a light sleeper. My booking included a set dinner at the Italian restaurant and it was a highlight of my stay. I want to thank everyone for making it a comfortable experience for me. I will definitely consider staying here the next time I visit Hanoi (when the weather is better).

Overall, we had a great stay on the property. Facilities and rooms are fairly new, guest traffic was light during our stay, and the onsen facility was great. Service was inconsistent but generally good. Some staff are well-versed in providing truly exceptional guest service, while a few seemed unaware of the hotel's own features and guest experiences when we enquired. The room also runs slightly warm during warm days, and as the cooling system is centralized, there wasn't much we could do about it. That said, this is an excellent property. In particular, we were helped by Trang at the front desk, who really was wonderful and very, very helpful. She was outstanding during check-in and throughout our stay, we really appreciated her help and making our stay pleasant. The staff training can be very good when it hits the mark. We also appreciated the myriad of dining options here given the location is tucked away from the busier parts of the city (which we liked). The rooftop pool view during sunset is also hard to beat. Slight inconsistent service aside, we would be happy to return again. This is a property with lots of potential to be exceptional.

Great view of the bridge. I recommend the deluxe balcony room. It’s large and spacious. One of the newest properties in the area until the Ascott opens down the street. But the Thai hospitality was amazing. Each aspect of the experience is lavishly decorated.

Being in the hospitality and events industry myself for 24years, I think I naturally notice the little things, not only whether a hotel is beautiful or the service is good, but how people make you feel.||And that was what really stood out for me during our 3-night stay at Dusit Hotel Le Palais Tu Hoa Hanoi.||The hotel is beautifully maintained and meticulous, but more importantly, there is a sincerity in the way the team takes care of their guests.||It started even before we arrived.||This was a birthday trip for my dearest friend Eileen, and I wanted to surprise her. Linh and Xi Le from the Concierge team helped me arrange the birthday decorations and cake. What impressed me was that they didn’t just execute my request and leave it there. They showed me the setup after it was done, asked for my feedback and made the changes until it was exactly what I wanted.||They even checked what time we would be arriving from Sapa so they could time when to take the cake out of the fridge.||Such a small detail. But THAT is hospitality.||When my luggage lock malfunctioned, the Engineering team came to help us saw it open and solved the problem without making us feel that we were troubling anyone.||On our last evening, we casually asked Long from Concierge where we could go for a massage because our bodies were aching after days of trekking in Sapa and walking and shopping all over Hanoi. He arranged an in-room massage for both of us instead and it was genuinely such a good massage! Exactly what two tired ladies needed.||And the care continued right until we left.||During check-out, Xi Le was making sure we had lunch options and reminding us to check that we had not forgotten anything in the room. And yes… we actually forgot our Mi Xue drinks. The team found them and brought them down to us.||Then Eileen and I were happily chatting away at the café and completely lost track of time. Chu Anh actually came searching for us, knowing we had to leave for the airport, and helped us with our luggage and departure.||It is all these little moments that stayed with me.||After spending so many years creating experiences for people, I have always believed that true hospitality is not about how much you do. It is about how well you notice.||To anticipate before someone asks.|To remember the small things.|To solve a problem without making it feel like a problem.|And most importantly, to make people feel genuinely cared for.||There was so much thoughtfulness, meticulousness and heart poured into our three nights here.||Thank you Linh, Xi Le, Long, Chu Anh, the Engineering team and everyone at Dusit Hotel Le Palais Tu Hoa Hanoi. You didn’t just give us wonderful service, you made us feel looked after.||And for someone who spends her life creating hospitality experiences for others, that means a lot.
