Hanoi Marvellous Hotel & Spa - Hotel in Hanoi

Our stay at marvellous hotel was absolutely amazing. The hotel is very modern and well maintained in the heart of the old quarters everything is in close proximity. The Staff are commendable with their friendly approach to guests and they go out of their way to make us feel at home. Daniel at the front desk assisted us in getting a refund from a shop that charged us twice, he personally came to the shop on his scooter to assist us to resolve the issue, and then gave us a whole list of things to do in other parts of Vietnam Thankyou Daniel and the team at Marvellous Hotel for making our stay in Hanoi special

The location was placed in the heart of the Old Quarter, where you could find anything. The area atmosphere of the hotel was overall good. The rooms were very spacious and clean to reside in. The hotel is worth the value for anyone who wishes to visit Hanoi. The hotel is less noisy with the exception of breakfast but overall, you will experience little to no noise in the hotel. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful in many ways like service, knowing a location, and telling u little tips for your Hanoi journey. The amenities are good with things like WIFI, a tv with a box to watch channels, a fridge, and the coffee provided was amazing.

A great stay in the Old Quarter. Marvellous is perfectly situated for walking exploration in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The staff are exceptionally polite and nothing is too much. A special mention to Daniel on reception, who was a delight from start to finish. We booked accross dates that meant we checked in/out/in, and this was made seamless by the staff. Rooms spacious, clean and air conditioned. Would 100% stay again. 5*

I had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the overall room condition was excellent.||One thing I really appreciated was that I could leave my luggage at the hotel after checking out. They also kindly allowed me to use the shower facilities, which made the end of my trip much more comfortable.||The location was another big advantage. Many of the nearby tourist attractions were within walking distance, so it was very convenient for sightseeing.||Even late at night, there was always a security guard available to open the door, which made me feel safe and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again.

I highly highly recommend this hotel! I travelled with 3 other friends and opted for a connecting room — The rooms were spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. (It was 2 separate rooms but we shared one corridor that we could lock)What made the trip even better was the service. We were warmly welcomed in with some drinks and snacks, borrowed umbrellas, all our requests were met. The food was yummmmyy! Could choose from the buffet spread and the pho/eggs that was made upon order. Besides that, breakfast was made and packed for us when we had to leave early in the morning and couldn’t dine in. That was so sweet of them to do!The location is also very good as it was near A LOT of michelin restaurants! Will stay again!!
