Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was spotless and had everything I needed. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, and getting around Hanoi was easy. Everyone at the hotel was polite and helpful. Great value for the quality and service. Highly recommend!
The best hotel in Hanoi! My husband and I had an amazing stay in L7 Westlake in Hanoi. Exceptional customer service from the bell boy, front desk, restaurant staff, housekeeping, and concierge team. They are always smiling and greeting us a warmly welcome. The hotel is very clean, beautiful rooms and views, perfect location with direct access to one of the nicest mall Lotte Mall. Upon leaving not realizing I left some of my things in my room. The concierge team was so kind and helped me by sending it to my next hotel in Danang. Special thank you to Mr. Erik, Ms. Jane, Lunary, and Ms. Hazel for an exceptional customer service. A truly 5 star experience! I highly recommend!!!

My family recently spent the weekend at L7 West Lake Hanoi by LOTTE Hotel's Kakao Friends Kids Room and I must say it was the absolute best decision! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the incredible attention. Every single corner of the room were featured wiith adorable Kakao characters.|I guess the hotel did a great job incorporating the characters into the room. We loved the custom character bathrobes, slippers, cute bathroom water glasses, tooth brushing cups, and even a custom Ryan floor mat! Little touches like the Ryan plushies clipping the window curtains together and a character nightlight on the nightstand made the room feel incredibly magical. It flawlessly blends with playful, joyful vibes.|Beyond the room, the hotel itself is exceptional. Being directly connected to Lotte Mall made everything effortless. |Also, the staff were welcoming, the property was immaculately clean, and the overall experience was a 10/10. If you are looking for a unique, family-friendly staycation in Hanoi, this room is a must-book! We will definitely visit again.
Had a really great experience at Lake Salon! Flora, Drake, and Katlyn were all super friendly, professional, and attentive. The service was great, especially for the price, which I found very reasonable. The view of West Lake is also beautiful and makes the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I’d come back to!
