Splendid Secret Hotel - Hotel in Hanoi

We had a wonderful experience at Splendid Secret Hotel! Cindy and May were both incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They gave us great recommendations for places to visit and things to do in the area, and they were always happy to answer any questions we had. They also helped us book buses to other cities at great prices, which made traveling around Vietnam so much easier and stress-free. Their friendliness and knowledge really made a difference in our trip. Thank you Cindy and May for taking such great care of us! We would definitely recommend Splendid Secret Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. 🇻🇳❤️

We had a great stay here. The rooms are nice and clean, fresh towls and bathrobes, a nice pool, good silent air-conditioning, silent hallways,.. The staff is more friendly then anywhere else in Vietnam! They where very sweet and helpful with whatever we asked for. Also the breakfast menu is from a very high quality standard with different foods every single day. If we come back to Hanoi, we will stay here again. I can highly recommend this hotel both for professional stay as for holidays.

We had a great stay at Splendid Secret Hotel. The location is excellent and made it easy to explore Hanoi. The service was outstanding – everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Cindy, who was very helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was a little small for two people with two large suitcases, but apart from that, we had no issues at all. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Stayed here for 18 days as it was that good. They even upgraded me to a suite with large balcony and heaps of room. Made use of the sauna and steam room used the gym and pool which were all clean and very well maintained. The staff were on a different level so friendly and knowledgeable from the bar staff at the rooftop bar to the house keeping staff but the restaurant girls and reception staff were 6 stars. I was late for breakfast one day which is delicious and they opened up especially for just me- made me feel like a VIP guest at every opportunity. They even arranged my tour to ha long bay and every time I entered reception after an outing they genuinely made me feel like I was returning home. Would not want to stay anywhere else in Hanoi and definitely returning And the spa and massage staff were so friendly and professional- believe me I had many massages and even a facial Love this place all down to their well trained and professional staff
