Bella Premier Hotel & Rooftop Skybar - Hotel in Hanoi

Central location - most of the top spots are within 10 minutes’ walk, which was very convenient. We had a room on the 7th floor with an amazing view of Turtle Lake. The beds were super comfy, the amenities were great, the AC worked very well, so our stay was comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay and helped us with all our queries. We really enjoyed the rooftop bar, too! Generous drinks and a great selection of beverages.

In the middle of everything with the most outstanding hotel staff! We had planned almost nothing for our trip until either the morning of or the night before at the earliest. The personnel working at the reception were extremely helpful from booking a driver for the day within 15 minutes of asking, to planning and booking an overnight cruise to Halong Bay. Great views of the city from the rooftop bar. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and always well attended. The hotel was a great deal and the staff we encountered are the absolute best I've experienced!

This hotel is perfectly positioned for exploring Hanoi. It is in the old town by a lovely lake so we could explore the busy streets and walk around the lake. At the weekend it is closed for cars. Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, shower was fabulous! Breakfast had lots of choices and the Sky Bar is lovely for a drink as the sun goes down. Staff were exceptionally helpful and had recommendations of where to eat, best spas and what places of cultural interest where good for us. So friendly and welcoming every time we passed by reception. Very special thanks go to Hannah, Alice, Trang and Michael for their warm welcome and help. Thanks to Tu and Linh for opening the door for early morning runs and to Huygen for her service at the Sky Bar. 🥰

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Bella Premier Hotel for three nights and could not have been happier with our experience. We stayed in the Family Deluxe Lake View Room, which was spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. The view overlooking the lake was wonderful, especially in the mornings and evenings. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the quality of the linen and overall room furnishings was excellent. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding staff. Every member of the team was warm, friendly, professional, and spoke excellent English. They were always ready to help with a smile and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is simply perfect. The hotel is centrally located and within easy walking distance of many of Hanoi’s attractions, restaurants, cafés, and shopping areas. Being just a short stroll from Hoan Kiem Lake made exploring the city incredibly convenient. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines spacious and comfortable rooms, exceptional service, and a prime location, Bella Premier Hotel is an excellent choice. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi. A truly memorable stay and one of the highlights of our trip to Hanoi! 🌟

Location: Excellent. City centre along a small lane, near to eateries and lake. Easy to walk around.Service Staff: Staff is helpful and friendly.Room: It’s clean with wooden floor. Room and toilet size are good with all basic toiletries provided. However, the furnitures are old and dated. The laundry sheets has a strong powdery smell, not to my liking. Luckily, we are only staying for 1 night.Comes with a balcony. The night view is good.Breakfast: Spread is ok and staff is nice and polite.Overall, it can only be considered local 3 stars hotel.
