We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Fairmont Hanoi. The hotel is brand new and truly stunning, with beautiful design and attention to detail in every corner. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. The rooftop pool is absolutely beautiful and the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. We also loved the Gold Lounge. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a fantastic selection of high-quality dishes, and the evening Golden Hour featured an excellent variety of drinks and delicious snacks. Our room was incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. Everything felt elegant, modern, and welcoming. What impressed us the most however, was the outstanding service. Every single member of the team was incredibly attentive, warm, genuine, and dedicated to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. Their hospitality made us feel truly valued from the moment we arrived until check-out. Thank you to the entire Fairmont Hanoi team for such a memorable experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

A truly exceptional stay in Hanoi. Beautiful property, comfortable rooms, and outstanding service from the moment I arrived. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and professional. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between luxury and genuine hospitality. Looking forward to staying here again. Highly recommended!
Convenient location, 5-10 minutes walk away from the Old Quarter, yet away from its noise. We are light sleepers and were given rooms facing the couryard - very quiet. Excellent customer service. The entire team was professional and approachable. Spacious rooms and facilities. The most spacious and well-equipped gym I've ever seen in a hotel. Highly recommend.
I had a wonderful stay at Fairmont Hanoi and was fortunate to receive a room upgrade. The room was spacious, very clean and, importantly, very quiet, which made the stay especially comfortable. The wellness experience was another real standout.||The CIRUA Bathhouse is genuinely impressive and easily one of the best hotel wellness facilities I’ve experienced in Vietnam, if not Southeast Asia. There are different types of saunas and steam rooms, a cold plunge, hot tubs, a heated pool, meditation pods and plenty more to explore. The gym is equally well done, with great equipment and a really nice ambience to work out in.||Breakfast was excellent too, both in quality and selection. I especially appreciated that it runs until 11AM, which not many hotels offer and is a definite plus if you prefer a slower morning.||We also had dinner at Trần Dynasty and really enjoyed it. There was a small service slip when two main courses were missed, but the team handled it well once we reminded them. The dry-aged pigeon, one of the missed dishes, ended up being the star of the night and is definitely something I would order again.||I also had a massage at the spa and ended up falling asleep during the treatment, which probably says everything about how relaxing it was. I had arranged in-room dining to arrive at a specific time afterwards, and they rang my room bell exactly when requested, not a minute early or late. A small detail, but that kind of punctuality and attention to service deserves a thumbs up.||A special mention as well to the driver for the hotel private transfer. His English was very good, easily on par with, if not better than, some of the hotel staff I interacted with.||The only other area that could have been better was the luggage delivery on arrival, which took noticeably longer than expected to reach the room.||Overall, Fairmont Hanoi delivered a very well-rounded experience. There were a couple of minor service hiccups, but they didn’t take away much from an otherwise very enjoyable stay. I would happily return.
I've stayed in a lot of hotels over the years, and it's rare that one genuinely exceeds expectations across the board. |From the moment of my arrival, it was clear that whoever chose this spot knew exactly what they were doing. Everything I wanted to see and do was right on my doorstep, yet the hotel itself felt like a peaceful retreat away from the hustle. Whether I was heading out for a morning stroll or coming back in the late afternoon long day of exploring, the convenience was second to none. |The staff are the real stars of this show. I genuinely cannot say enough about the team at the Fairmont Hanoi. From the warm welcome at check-in to the friendly faces I saw every single Day every member of staff carried themselves with a professionalism and warmth that felt completely natural and never forced. Nothing was too much trouble. Food and drinks - Absolutely world-class. The restaurants and bar facilities blew me away. The food fresh, varied, beautifully presented with so many restaurant options, the bar was the perfect way to wind down each evening, with expertly crafted cocktails and a great atmosphere that made it impossible to leave quickly (great Singer). I ended up eating in-house more often than we'd planned, simply because the quality was so consistently outstanding.|Overall, this hotel has set a new benchmark for Vietnam/Hanoi In short brilliant location, exceptional staff and outstanding food and drinks — I'm already looking forward to be back, to be recommended without hesitation
