Hanoi Paon Hotel & Spa - Hotel in Hanoi

Had a wonderful 4 nights here. Having arrive at 3am after a sleeper bus, the staff were incredibly welcoming when we arrived and gave us a refreshing sweet tea. Rooms were spacious and fantastically air conditioned to escape the Hanoi heatwave. Pool and rooftop bar were both lovely, but I must make a special mention to Dylan - he went above and beyond to ensure we were as comfortable as possible at all times. Every hotel should have a Dylan! Will definitely be staying here again when in Hanoi

We had a wonderful stay at Hanoi Paon Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The atmosphere was lovely, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. A special thanks to Andy, who was especially kind, attentive, and helpful. He really went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable! Great hotel, very attentive staff who will always try to make sure that everything is perfect for you. Nice clean rooms with excellent views from the upper floors and restaurant. |First rate breakfast buffet.|Would definitely recommend and stay again.

A beautiful home away from home in a great location, where we were greeted by name and invited to share our experiences and plans. Chloe was exceptionally helpful in planning our tours and was available to assist when needed. All the staff went out of their way to be helpful and offer suggestions to help us fully enjoy the joys of Vietnam. The pride in their workplace was evident. The breakfasts were the best we had, from all the places we stayed and staff remembered your orders! After our various trips out of Hanoi it was a delight to be welcomed back to settle in again! The pool was a welcome place to cool off after a morning out exploring. Will definitely return to stay here.

Everything was perfect. From the moment I entered until the moment I left but the main highlight is the STAFF!! they are all incredible !! They do an incredible job and make you feel like home. Thanks to Michael, Celine and the rest of the amazing team. The room is just as the picture and the swimming pool and the gym are an extra big point !
