Hotel L 'Heritage - Hotel in Hanoi

The hotel was conveniently situated in the old town. The staff were excellent. However although we upgraded to a delux room, our room did not have a window. The walls are thin and you can hear the comings and goings of everyone on the corridor. Breakfast was good. There was a wide range of choices available.

Mr James was a great customer service manager who ensured we had a pleasent time during our stay at L'Heritage Hanoi. Excellent location as it was walkable to the famous Train Street, the Night market, Cathedral etc. Right from the Front Desk to Housekeeping, couldnt fault anything. Not forgetting the help the front desk provided in booking our trip to Halong Bay which had been a highlight of our Vietnam trip!!

L’Heritage Hotel Hanoi truly exceeded all expectations! The customer service across the entire hotel is top-tier—the best I’ve received in a long time. From the doormen and front desk team to the lovely breakfast staff, everyone went above and beyond for us. Thank you Tien, Jenny, Jolie, Finn, Long, Marvin, Rose, Van and James!!! A massive shoutout to Jollie, who took care of our group of five before we even arrived! She organized our airport transfer and planned two full days of seamless activities for us. We just showed up and had the time of our lives. The hotel is ideally located close to everything you want to see, and the breakfast was fantastic every single morning. We loved every second of our stay, highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi, and will 100% be returning!

We stayed at this L'Heritage location for nearly a week. All the employees were great. The front desk was helpful, the housekeeping was brisk and efficient, and breakfast was delicious. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of amenities. I especially appreciate the travel desk which helped us plan a day trip out of Hà Nội. I highly recommend this hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect—right in the heart of everything, with most attractions, restaurants, and cafés within easy walking distance. A special thank you to the wonderful reception team: Jenny, Jolie, Finn, Long, Marvin, Rose, Van, and James, as well as the bellman, Tien. Every one of them was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. They were always happy to help with anything we needed, went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and truly made our experience even more enjoyable. Their exceptional hospitality made a lasting impression, and we will definitely be staying here again when we return. Highly recommend!
