We had a wonderful experience here. The staff was courteous and kind. The hotel is just as clean and refined as it looks in the pictures—one of the most aesthetically pleasing hotels we’ve stayed at. Oh and I found out that we get 20% off any rides on grab when leaving, or coming back to the hotel. Idk why, but it's was quite nice We initially had a room with no view (facing a wall), but decided to upgrade to a room with a bathtub and a city view. It was double the price but light and view was quite important to us ! The doors are not really Soundproof so we hear everything happening In the corridors The service is top-notch: the reception team is very attentive and they even kept our luggage after check-out so we could explore freely. Regarding breakfast, options were limited (few choices of soup/ rice) because I think the kitchen is under renovation for 3 weeks. Even so, the staff tried their best to accommodate us and even gave us extra bananas. However, we preferred exploring the local street food nearby. There is a rooftop with a stunning city view. It’s currently just flat concrete, but it has massive potential to become a great chilling spot once furnished. With the future rooftop lounge and the full kitchen back in service, this place will be a truly special, affordable luxury experience. Plus, there are great coffee shops, restaurants, and a Circle K right next door. Highly recommended!

Breakfast-There was not enough table and seat to sit. The food was served like a restaurant, you'll have to wait till your room was called. I've waited for more then half an hour for someone to bring me my food but no one did. I left my card on the table so the workers can see my room number and hopefully bring me my food but it never came. Room- The TV had wire issues so it didn't work as well as the hotel phone. But the balcony view was good. Edit: My issue was resolved. The hotel/receptionist offered us a room change, without us asking. Both the phone and TV in the new room are working now. Thank you for being attentive to your guests. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody, the front receptionist speaks great English so the communication was very easy and helpful. Thank you for being such great host to us, we'll definitely be back and recommend this hotel to others.

Had a really great stay at A89 West Lake Hotel and honestly wish I stayed longer. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, polite and helpful throughout the whole stay. They always greeted us with a smile and were happy to assist with anything we needed, which made the experience feel much more personal and comfortable.The room itself was excellent — very modern, stylish and well designed. Everything felt clean, fresh and properly maintained. The bed was comfortable, the lighting and overall room style gave it a really relaxing atmosphere, and the housekeeping standards were very good. You can tell the hotel takes pride in cleanliness because everything was spotless from the bathroom to the sheets and floors.One thing that really stood out was the shower. Great water pressure, consistently hot water and a very clean bathroom overall, which after travelling all day makes a huge difference. The room also had really nice views which added a lot to the experience, especially in the mornings and evenings.The location was also very convenient and the hotel offers amazing value for money for the quality you get. It felt much better than many hotels at a similar price point. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent staff, clean modern rooms, great showers and lovely views. Would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I recently tried out this new hotel near West Lake and Lotte Mall, and it was such a pleasant surprise. The place feels fresh and modern, yet really comfortable. My room was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the lake — perfect for winding down after a busy day. The location is super convenient: you can walk to West Lake for a peaceful stroll or head to Lotte Mall for shopping and food. Staff were friendly and made me feel welcome right away. Honestly, it’s a great spot if you want both relaxation and easy access to the city’s buzz.

I stayed at this hotel for almost two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The hotel had opened only a few weeks before my arrival, so everything was brand new and spotlessly clean. I noticed improvements being made every day, but they never interfered with my stay.The location is fantastic – directly across the road from Lotte Mall West Lake, just a few hundred metres from West Lake (Ho Tay) itself, and only a few steps away from a great variety of local eateries.Staying for such a long period gave me the opportunity to experience many aspects of hotel life and interact with the staff on numerous occasions. Whether it was upgrading my room, extending my stay, ordering breakfast, or using the laundry service, the staff were always helpful, friendly, and accommodating.The breakfast was another highlight of my stay. The selection was good, and I quickly got into the habit of recharging every morning with a bowl of delicious Pho Ga before heading out for the day.I'd especially like to thank receptionist To Uyen (Lizzy) for looking after us throughout our stay.
