What an amazing hotel! Everything here is so well organized and thoughtfully managed, right in the middle of the bustling city. The staff are absolutely lovely - helpful, welcoming, and their English is excellent. The hotel is extremely clean, and the rooms are modern, stylish, and beautifully designed. Breakfast is wonderful, and the location is perfect! When we checked out early in the morning to head to Sapa, they surprised us with a bag full of fresh fruit for the journey, without us even asking. Such a thoughtful gesture! A special mention to Robert and Tony, who were around the lobby and were absolutely wonderful. They were so kind and helpful - give them a promotion, they deserve it! ❤️ Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Our family recently took a short trip to Hanoi, and without any recommendations, we happened to discover this hidden gem in the Old Quarter. From the outside, it doesn't look like a typical hotel. There are no bright lights or flashy neon signs, just a simple wooden gate. As soon as you step inside, you're welcomed by a wonderful natural fragrance that makes you feel like you've entered a peaceful secret garden. The warm hospitality from the staff made us feel comfortable from the very first moment. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and well equipped, and every detail reflects genuine care. What impressed us the most was the people. There was no distance between the staff and the guests. They made us feel like part of the family. A special thank you to Linh, Nhung, and Quang for your kindness, warmth, and heartfelt hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back the next time we visit Hanoi. Highly recommended!

The staff were exceptional and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. A special thank you to Sarah and Rosa for being so kind and accommodating, and to Tom for always being available whenever we needed anything. We also asked if we could leave some of our luggage at the hotel while we spent 5 days in Sapa so we wouldn't have to carry everything with us. They didn't hesitate to help. We even offered to pay for luggage storage, but they kindly declined and kept all of our belongings safe until we returned. That level of hospitality really stood out to us. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection, and the pho was amazing! (I ordered it every single morning) The location was perfect. It was literally a stone's throw from Hoàn Kiếm Lake, yet tucked away in a quieter, nicer area. Cafés, restaurants, shops, and everything you need were just a 3–10 minute walk away. The HK Buslines office was only a block away, which made our trip to Sapa very convenient, and the pick-up points for tours to Ninh Bình and Hạ Long Bay were also just a short walk away. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We stayed here for just one night, but it was a wonderful experience. The team was incredibly helpful, especially Robert, Sarah, and Kim, who took great care of us throughout our stay. Since we had an early morning departure, they kindly prepared breakfast earlier than usual to accommodate our schedule, which we truly appreciated. The staff were always attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Everything was perfect for our one-night stay. Thank you for the excellent hospitality. we would happily stay here again!

The hotel was nice and located in a good location. From the lobby it was relaxing and accomodating. Rooms were clean, especially the bathrooms. Even if the hotel was near a busy road, the rooms were peaceful. We also availed of breakfast. The buffet has a variety of foods and fresh fruits. For the service, I would like to commend Bella and Rorbert from the reception. They were very friendly and accomodating. They even assist us even after checking out while waiting in their lobby. |Overall, I think the value of money here is very well spent.
