i love the atmosphere here! it's kinda like a hidden gem. the room is like a private cafe and artistic. the matcha coconut taste the best of it all, also the tiramisu cake is huge size even when i ordered the small ones. you guys must try this hidden cafe! its hidden between an alley, but the directions made up so clear so you can just simply follow the directions.

Dacia Tea And Bakery - Bakery in Hanoi
Về Địa Điểm Này
Hàng Giầy sits at the edge of Hoan Kiem's Old Quarter grid, a street known more for its shoe shops than its cafés — which makes Dacia Tea And Bakery something of a counterpoint to the area's commercial noise. The space pulls in a steady crowd across the day, with the kind of repeat-visit loyalty that a 631-review, 5.0-rating average suggests is earned rather than accidental.
The offering centers on baked goods and tea alongside coffee and desserts — a combination that positions it closer to a European-style pâtisserie than a typical Hanoi cà phê. Pastries are the draw, served alongside a tea menu that gives the place its name and a distinct identity in a neighborhood where most competitors default to egg coffee and filter drip.
The rating itself is notable: sustaining a perfect score across more than six hundred reviews in a competitive Old Quarter corridor points to consistent execution rather than novelty buzz. Visitors tend to skew toward those looking for a quieter interlude — an afternoon break from Hoan Kiem Lake foot traffic or a sit-down alternative to the street-food loop along Hàng Buồm and Mã Mây.
What separates it from the cluster of dessert shops and bubble tea counters nearby is the bakery component — house-made pastries rather than imported or wholesale product. In a district where atmosphere often outweighs substance, that focus on what's actually on the plate gives Dacia Tea And Bakery a more durable pull.

This is probably the best cafe experience I’ve had in Hanoi throughout these recent years. The walk through the alleywall to get to the place was a bit of a side quest but it was so worth it in the end, as I was already enchanted by the buttery smell of the cafe and seeing the friendly looking owners. My friend and I ordered a special croffle, mango cheesecake and a chocolate cheese foam; and I was so delighted by all these dishes and drinks. The chocolate drink size was larger than I expected, which is perfect actually because with that impeccable taste I would be yearning for more if the portion was any less. I truly enjoyed the warm welcome and hospitality from the owners, who were also very helpful to suggest us where we should book a taxi to get home considering the streets were blocked for the walking area during the weekends. Absolutely a 10/10 experience!
Cute little bakery tucked away in an alley. Stopped here after lunch when I was craving sweets. Very friendly staff. Hard to pick just 1 item off the menu. Affordable prices. I ordered the Oreo cheesecake which was too sweet for me personally but based on the reviews, it looks like most people enjoy it. If I go back, I’d like to try the “special toast” which is listed at the back of the menu. Looked tasty but they were sold out.
We loved our visit to Dacia Tea And Bakery ✨ Such a cute and cozy spot to relax and enjoy amazing tea and desserts. There were so many options to choose from, and everything we tried was delicious. The staff were also very kind and welcoming. Definitely a place we’d recommend if you’re looking for a nice dessert and tea spot!
Everything is amazing. We saw it has 5 stars on Google and decided we must try, and let me tell you - it was the best decision. We had 4 cakes and all of them were sooo good. Also drinks were really good. The staff are really nice and polite and they also have coloring sheets with markers. The place is cozy and smells amazing. 10/10 would come back.
