La Siesta Classic Hang Thung - Hotel in Hanoi

Hi Tushar V. Arondekar Here from #India We were in Vietnam recently traveling for holiday. Had great & pleasant stay in this Hotel in Vietnam for 4 nights. The Hotel Rooms were very good & clean. Very welcoming, caring & helping staff. The restaurant was also clean and had v. good breakfast big spread. Very great location also, & centrally located, walking distance from all major tourist destinations Train Street, Night Market, lake, shopping areas, restaurants, etc. We would definitely prefer this place for staying in Vietnam & Thank the hotel management and the staff for our amazing stay and their help and guidance. Thanks.

My wife and are beyond impressed with our stay here. The location is perfect, the room was immaculate, breakfast was impressive, and the facilities are top notch. What makes this hotel uniquely special are the staff. Thào Do made our experience exceptional. She helped us plan our day trips and booked us an amazing tour guide. She helped with recommendations for what to do around Hanoi and every one of them was great. She checked on us every morning at breakfast to see if we needed anything and would give us local tips for our daily excursion. She also booked our ride back to the airport which was super convenient. She was very professional and personable in a way that made us feel special. Another impressive staff member was Mr. Hung. We met him at the Red Bean hotel restaurant and bar. He is truly an impressive young man who was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was able to describe each drink on the menu and had great recommendations. He also suggested places to go for local night life and he knocked it out of the park. We had great conversations and we'd go have a drink after a long day just so we could chat with him. Thank you to our new friends Thào and Mr. Hung, and the entire Siesta Classic Hang Thung staff for an amazing experience!

Service was truly top-notch — extremely impressive from start to finish. From the doorman gentleman, to the cheerful receptionist who personally showed us around the room and hotel amenities, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The restaurant staff were fabulous, and the manager also extended such warm hospitality to us. The night sky bar gentleman was great too, nearly forgot to mention and thank him, Even the spa staff and therapists were excellent. We have too many people to thank and we have thanks them personally and on their feedback form. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone. Thank you for the wonderful stay — we will definitely be back. Cheers to the entire team for the excellent service and for making our stay such a memorable one.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. The room was spotless and exactly as described — if not even better in person. The atmosphere in the lobby was beautifully fragrant and cozy, making you never want to leave. I’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, but I can honestly say this hotel is truly special.The hotel is located right by Hoan Kiem Lake, the “golden road” of Hanoi.The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, always being responsive and kind. You can really tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. The manager even helped carry our luggage and stood waving goodbye as our car drove away. We were very disappointed that we couldn’t extend our stay because the hotel was already fully booked.We would absolutely comeback again. Thank you for everything!

La Siesta will now forever be one of my favourite hotels to stay in Hanoi, Vietnam. It is lovely hotel, with a nicely decorated inside the lobby and the rooms itself. The attention to detail is immaculate. The beds were particularly very cosy and comfortable making sleeping very easy. The staff are very friendly and helpful and even let us keep luggage for an extra day while we were travelling elsewhere. The only minor thing I would have liked to see are more hooks for towels in the bathrooms and more gym equipment, but these are very minor. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had in a long time - I enjoyed the eggs made and pho soup every morning. Thank you for making it such a pleasant stay.
