La Sinfonía del Rey Hotel & Spa - Hotel in Hanoi

Everything was excellent—the location, facilities, service, and food were all outstanding! If I visit this area again, I would definitely stay here again. I especially want to thank Nam Nguyen, who was incredibly kind and helpful. On my first day, he gave me detailed advice about the best times to visit the tourist attractions, how to get the best seats, and what to watch out for. His recommendations made my trip much easier. He also recommended some great local restaurants, which were all delicious. Everyone on the staff was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel!

I had a wonderful stay at La Sinfonia Hotel. From check-in to check-out, the staff were hospitable and eager to assist. There were very nice touches by them. They hand wrote a note and placed them on the table of my room. Check-in also came with a welcome drink and snacks, and some fruit in the room. They then pass you several vouchers, including a 250k VND voucher for the rooftop bar, massage vouchers (20% discount I think) for the in-house spa, and dining vouchers for the restaurant. Location-wise, it is unbeatable. You get a nice view of the lake from the Level 7 restaurant and the rooftop bar. You're a stone's throw from the Old Town and all its shops, cafes, massage palours, convenience stores and restaurants. It is also close to the French Quarters. You'll never find yourself lacking with things to do. The room was splendid. The design of the building and room was consistently Gothic Renaissance. It's stylish and makes you feel like you're staying in an art gallery. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the hot shower was strong. The room had ample space for two It was a very comfortable stay!

Stayed here with my boyfriend and it was the best hotel experience I’ve had, the manager was the sweetest person ever and always greeted us and gave us a list of great restaurant recommendations. We felt so pampered and looked after by the staff. The room we stayed in was gorgeous and had plenty of room it felt super luxurious, hey had a great breakfast buffet selection and we also loved going to their sky bar for happy hour. Their signature cock tails were delicious! It had the best ideal location of right in front of the lake and the bridge and the weekend market, extremely prime location to walk around the old quarter. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting Hanoi.

We had a great experience here. The location is incredibly central, making it easy to explore Hanoi. Henry and his staff were extremely helpful, providing us with excellent city suggestions, restaurant recommendations, and local tips. As for the noise, it is exactly what you would expect for a hotel right in the heart of the city - it didn't bother us at all. The breakfast stood out as truly exceptional! There was a fantastic variety of both traditional Vietnamese dishes and Western options. Our rooms were nice, clean, and stocked with all the appropriate amenities. We would absolutely stay here again!

The staffs were very friendly. They welcomed us with smiles and made us feel at home. They took the effort to prepare a welcome drink and snacks. Also, they asked us about our checkout time and prepared us breakfast as we had a flight to catch (this was part of our breakfast buffet). All was ready on time and it was a easy checkin and checkout process. We were well taken care off and the rooms were very clean and comfy as well. Highly recommend !
