Oriental Palace Apartments Hanoi - Serviced accommodation in Hanoi

Amazing. I will definitely be coming back. Rooms were so nice, with balcony, great wifi, huge bed, Netflix, microwave, cutlery, fridge, and kettle. The receptionist (Chris) was extremely nice, and helped us with everything. Room service and cleaning was great and quick. Very modern. Nice pool area, with sunbeds and a big and clean pool. Gym was good, however no air condition so extremely hot. Great location - 15 minutes from Old Quarter, huge shopping mall/supermarket near by, and loads of cozy cafes and restaurants nearby. Very quiet and peaceful location but still central.

The place was spotless, comfortable, and had excellent facilities. The room was incredibly spacious and exceeded my expectations. This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Vietnam again. A special 5-star appreciation goes to Ms. Grace at the reception. She was always attentive, kind, and very understanding throughout my stay. I truly appreciate her outstanding hospitality. Thank you for making my experience so memorable!🫶🏻

We booked 3 rooms for our stay and had a really comfortable experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities we needed. The service was on point, and the staff were helpful, courteous, and responsive throughout our stay. Overall, everything was smooth and hassle-free. A great option for a comfortable stay, especially when travelling with a group. Would definitely consider staying here again.

It is a bit run down & dated but great value for money. The room was big with a balcony & 2 very comfy beds. The pool really needs to be maintained, cleaned more but we still could use it.The breakfast was dire. I'd not pay extra for it again.Lina at the front desk was really fantastic, excellent customer service skills & a perfect manner.

Nice location outside of the city chaos. Staff were incredibly polite and curtious. The room was clean and large. As other reviews suggest it does have dated furniture but this is the style rather than old and tacky. A really nice place i would highly recommend.
