The Euphoria - Extended stay hotel in Hanoi

The location itself is very central, however, the communication and guest experience was not good. After staying one night I expressed my concerns of the state of the rooms not being clean. Instead of an apology and resolution, I was told that my early check out would be a loss for them since they reserved my room for 2 nights. No sense of hospitality. This standard unfortunately seems to be the norm here in Vietnam.

It's terrible experience for me. I couldn't reach them via phone call nor directly. The door was closed and the phone was never picked up. They still charge me for this, and that was straight up stealing. Don't ever book this hotel

I found this place on Agoda. It came to my eyes the place was new and modern. So the first surprise to me was that the building is hidden in a dead end. No car could come in. I had to carry all of my 3 suitcases myself into a very wet alley after the rain (I can say it was almost flooded in a funny way). |The room was ok, but the cleanliness is not 3 or 4 stars as advertised. I would rate 2 stars for its cleanliness and the operation of the hotel. |In the other side, the location is near Fraser Suites and mall. There are also other shops in the area. |Overall experience is 3 stars, but I must give it 2 due to the mess during the check out. They almost forgot about my laptop that I deposited at reception. I would look for other place for my safety next time.

One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. The apartment was cozy, quiet, and equipped with everything I needed. Great internet speed for working online, plus the kitchen setup was excellent. Check-in was smooth and the staff always responded quickly!

Don’t listen to people complaining about the taxi access. You have to walk with your suitcase for 15 seconds from taxi to reception. I stayed here for 2 weeks waiting for Thai visa. Had a very pleasant stay. Staff were very kind and helpful. Stayed in 2 different rooms and Everything in the rooms works well and it’s clean. I think this hotel is great value for the price. Room has everything you need to do simple cooking. WiFi works well. Very charming neighbourhood with nice restaurants and coffee shops around. Frasier Suits building close by has decent gym with pool and super markets
